Mobile workshop · DHA Lahore
A stocked van and a technician, at your address or wherever the car stopped in DHA. Most faults are fixed on the spot, so you drive away rather than waiting for a tow.
Short DHA trips leave batteries permanently undercharged. We test, jump and, if it will not hold, replace it at your gate.
Commercial block parking, late evening, nothing happening when you turn the key. Send us the pin and stay in the car.
In a Lahore June this is not a comfort issue. We check gas, compressor and fans on site rather than booking you in for next week.
Spare fitted or the puncture repaired where you are standing, so you are not changing a wheel on a slip road.
Most DHA callouts are not dramatic. They are a car that started fine yesterday and will not turn over this morning, usually in a driveway in Phase 5 or 6, usually on the first properly cold day of the season. Batteries in this area die young because so many cars here do short runs that never fully recharge them.
The second pattern is the commercial blocks. Y Block and H Block car parks generate a steady stream of flat batteries and locked-in keys, discovered at the exact moment you are trying to leave. We reach both, and for a battery or a jump start you are usually moving again inside the visit.
If the car is in a running lane, get it onto the shoulder if it will still move, put the hazards on, and stand away from traffic rather than beside the car. Tell us it is blocking traffic when you book and the job jumps the queue.
If it overheated, switch the engine off and leave the coolant cap alone until it has cooled. If it went through standing water and stopped, do not try to restart it: cranking an engine that has drawn in water is what turns a repair into a replacement engine.
You get a call back almost immediately with a realistic arrival window based on where you are and what the traffic is doing. We would rather give you an honest forty minutes than promise ten.
Some jobs need a lift or a workshop. If yours is one of them you pay the call-out only, and we help you arrange recovery rather than taking the car apart at the kerb.
Yes. Breakdowns do not keep office hours, and overnight calls are triaged by urgency so anyone stranded or blocking traffic is dealt with first.
Send your location and a technician calls you straight back, at any hour.
