For a service at your home or office, no, as long as we can reach the car and you're contactable by phone to approve anything unexpected. For a roadside repair, please stay with the car.
Yes. Our labour is guaranteed for 30 days, so a repair that does not hold inside that window brings us back at no charge. Parts carry the manufacturer's own warranty and we hand you the box and receipt to claim on. What we cannot guarantee is a part you supplied yourself, or ordinary wear on something like pads or a battery that was already near the end of its life.
